The Formula

  • 150 ml Shiraz
  • 100 ml Blood orange soda
  • 1 scoop Ice
  • 1 slice Orange (to garnish)

Experimental Procedure

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Pour in the Shiraz.
  • Slowly top with blood orange soda.
  • Stir gently once.
  • Garnish with an orange slice.

The citrus really enhanced the Shiraz and vice versa – very refreshing and citrusy.
