Excellent balance of sweet and savoury.

Everything! Each stage was a delight to taste, and the finished product was delicious.

WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE

Nothing

FINAL VERDICT

A very well-balanced, refreshing beverage that we would absolutely make again!

PERMITTED MUTATIONS

AUTHORISED VARIATIONS

Add extra ice. We used sugar-free ginger beer, but any ginger beer would do. Try it with alcoholic ginger beer in place of normal (at your own risk)!
