STEP 1: Choose Your Test Subject

Every great experiment begins with a willing volunteer… (Preferably yourself.) What wine are you experimenting with today?

Specify your type of wine, or if you selected other, please enter your selection in the below. (No wine? No problem! Get creative!)

STEP 2: Raid Your Pantry – Choose ONE mixer

From here forth: Don’t overthink it. No rules. Anything goes. Open the fridge. Open the pantry. Grab the first thing that makes you say… “Hmm… I wonder…” 🥛 Dairy? 🥤 Soft Drink? 🍺 Other?

Choose ONE fruit

Suggestions: 🍎 chunks, 🍋 squeezed, 🥭 frozen, 🍓 smooshed, 🍉 scooped. Get creative!

Choose ONE herb or spice

Suggestions: 🌿 mint, 🌱 basil, 🌿 rosemary, 🧂 cinnamon, 🫚 ginger, 🌶️ Something Weird?

Choose ONE anomaly (wild card ingredient)

Suggestions: 🍯 honey, 🧂 salt, 🌶️ chilli, 🍫 chocolate, 🥥 coconut, 🧪 Surprise Us!

STEP 3: Time to Experiment. There are no rules. Well…There are SOME rules.

✔ I will be brave.
✔ If it smells suspicious…I will taste it anyway.*
✔ I will take a picture of my experiment and send it to [email protected]
