Laboratory Equipment

  • 1 Wine or Cocktail Glass
  • 1 Bar Spoon
  • 1 Citrus juicer
  • 1 Measuring beaker or jug

The Formula

  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1/4 Lemon - juiced
  • 50 ml Beer / lager
  • 50 ml Raspberry Soda
  • Ice

Experimental Procedure

  • Squeeze the lemon and add juice to the glass.
  • Measure out other liquids and add to the glass.
  • Add ice, gently stir and enjoy!

Scientist's Notes

A very well balanced, light and refreshing beverage. If you prefer a sweeter version, add more raspberry soda.
