Light peachy colour.
AROMA
Lemon with hints of raspberry.
FLAVOUR
Fresh, fruity, refreshing and very easy to drink.
BALANCE & MOUTHFEEL
Light, fizzy, fresh.
RESULTS & VERDICT
WHAT WORKED
The combination of wine, beer, lemon and raspberry soda was wonderfully balanced – not too sweet, but fruity and easy to enjoy.
WHAT WE WOULD CHANGE
I was very happy with the results, however, for those who prefer a sweeter flavour, they can add more raspberry soda.
FINAL VERDICT
A must try that will be a regular on our veranda in summer time. Very fresh and fruity, light and easy.
PERMITTED MUTATIONS
AUTHORISED VARIATIONS
Extra raspberry soda if you prefer more sweetness. Other fruit flavoured sodas would likely work just as well.
