Wine has spent far too long taking itself seriously.
There are endless rules about what you should drink, how you should drink it, what glass you should use and what flavours you’re supposed to taste.
We respectfully ignore most of those.
Our mission is simple:
To inspire curiosity, creativity and connection by encouraging people to experiment with wine in a way that’s playful, approachable and just a little bit rebellious.
Because there isn’t one right way to enjoy wine.

Wine should be fun.
Not pretentious.
…and life is too short to always follow someone else’s rules.
Wine, like life, should inspire curiosity, creativity, and be shared with great company.
So I built a laboratory where weird ideas are encouraged, successful experiments are celebrated, and spectacular failures deserve applause too.
